I'm glad I missed the 7PM cutoff. I need another case like I need a hole in my head!
 
I placed my order around 2 or 3pm this afternoon and it took the promo code and I got the final "Your order was placed" screen, but I never got emailed a confirmation either. My guess is that they were absolutely swamped today with orders, and the latency of the website would back that up as well.

I printed my final order page to PDF that way just in case, I have the date/time/order/ last 4 digits of card used.

I'm sure it's okay, but I always feel better when I have a confirmation email. :)
 
I placed the order and added the promo code, but when I pressed enter (thinking it would add the promo code) it took me to the confirmation page and said my order will be processed and credit card will be charged after it ships.

The promo code was not applied, is there a way I can cancel this order? I already emailed the support team about this :/

Don't want to be charged without the promo code.
 
I also received confirmation this morning. I'm guessing with as hard as they got hit yesterday, they probably are slammed with order fulfillment at this point, maybe they'll hit shipping in the next 2 days? But I don't work there, I'm just guessing from when we've had crazy online specials at a company I used to work for.

I bet I'll see my case by next Thursday. (*fingers crossed*)
 
I really wanted to order one of their messanger bags, but the site was so busy that I couldn't get anything to load. Once the site came back up, the code was no longer working.
 
I love when a site offers a discount but the site can't handle the influx of traffic for those wanting to take advantage of the discount. Tried to order another Origami case for a friend but unfortunately the site never came up. Guess I'll have to wait for the next discount offer. Congrats to those that got in.

P.S. Just went to the website at 2:42pm EST and it is still down.

Hmmm. So I took a screen shot of my "successful order" page and my bank account shows a pending charge from Incase.

But when I go to goincase.com/orders and fill out my e-mail and zip code, nothing shows up.

I e-mailed Incase this morning and haven't received a reply yet.

I just got my confirmation about 8 minutes ago, I placed my order at about 1:15 PM PST yesterday.
 
I'm actually pretty surprised I already got a tracking # from UPS this afternoon, so maybe I'll see it by next Tues or Wed if it gets picked up tomorrow.

They seem to be on the ball for fulfillment, despite getting hammered with orders.
 
I'll update my order status:

-Showed pending purchase from InCase on my credit card account seconds after placing the order (around 11:20pm EST , 20 min after sale officially ended). Amount reflects free shipping and 50% off discount.

-Emailed them around 11:30pm EST to ask for confirmation as I got no confirmation page or email.

- Received confirmation email around 1:30-2:00 EST following day (3/27) stating order was received and I'll get a shipping notice soon.
 
Just for the hell of it, I was wandering if perhaps (by chance) they would have my tracking number ready, but just haven't shipped it out. Anyways, this is the note I saw.

"Note: Your tracking number will not be available until your order has shipped, usually within 72 hours of your order date."

So I guess you can expect them to ship it out by the end of the week.

I couldn't ever access their site during the sale, since they were so busy with their facebook promo. However, when I finally managed to get on the site it was too late to receive the discount, so I put in a ticket on their customer service page. I finally received an email after a few days, and I got the 50% percent off! :p:p:p:p
