I noticed that the plastic on this one was definitely thinner then the one on the 3G s, especially in the corners. The other day I noticed that it is now cracked. No scratches on the phone, no dents, etc. I never dropped the phone.
Phone is always either in my front coat pocket, or in pants front packet, when not in use.

So $30 for a case, that cracked within a few weeks.

I did send them an email asking them for a replacement. Well see what they say. In the meantime, I'll be using the free case from apple, and be on the look out for a new one.

That looks a bit odd, things don't just crack out of the blue... Incase will replace it though.

I had this happen twice for my 1st gen iPhone Incase case. I don't think they tested them for stress fractures honestly. Mine would get a hairline crack from the headphone jack to the display just by being in my pocket.

I'll admit that Incase has fantastic customer service though. I had no problem getting someone one the phone quickly and had a replacement case shipped for free to me. I didn't even have to ship the old case back. All I was required to do was snap a photo and email it to them.

Ok I'm glad to hear Incase has good customer service. Thanks

same thing happen to me today. :( I didn't even know it was there till today. I just emailed them but no answer yet.

I finally just gave them a call last night with my order number. Rep on the phone said to ship them the old case, and then they will decide what to do. (ie refund, exchange, or tell me I'm SOL). So now another $10 to ship it back to them.

When I had an issue with my otterbox on the blackberry, they sent out a replacement case, with an enclosed shipping label for the old one. This is not what I was expecting to hear.

Don't know what they're really going to do with a returned broken case either.
