Incase slider quality control issues?

I just got a white incase slider for my 3gs and I've been liking it , but the bottom part isn't even with the top part! There's about a 1mm offset, and the bottom part makes a small clicking noise every time I push the right side of it against the top part.. Should I take it back or is this normal?

It's not normal. Incase quality control is sub par. Some cases fit loose, some fight tight.

Incase has a pretty good track record, especially when compared to Speck and DLO.
