Incase Snap and Flash Issues

Is anyone else having flash issues (washout) with the incase snap case for the Iphone4. I got my case in the free case program. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot tell from the incase site if there has been any redesign.

I have a clear and smoke version from the case program last year, and neither have flash issues..
