I'm using a modified iPhone 4 incase snap case in the smoke color to make it fit my 4s... I chopped it up/sanded it at work today to make it fit perfect.

what did you need to trim?? my snap case for my ip4 works on my girls ip4s.
and did you put a stick on the back of the iphone?? or outside of the case.
Here is a pic of the trimmed case (cut the tab thing in the middle). And the sticker is on the iPhone, and not the case.
I got one of these (for a black phone) and the bottom left corner keeps popping out slightly, so that I have to push the corner of the phone back in a bit. I'm going to exchange it.
Your case is the version made prior to the release of the Verizon/CDMA iPhone4 where the mute switch was moved slightly. Since then, Incase modified the design to one opening on the side instead of two.
Either return/exchange your case for an updated version or trim it as shown if you can't return/exchange it.
From what I recall it was the white iPhone 4 that was thicker than the black version.
I have no idea how the white and black iPhone 4s's relate to each other in thickness.
