Incipio already has cases for the iPad 3- what do u think?

Looks nice i have my eye set on the new iPad Lexington Hard Shell Folio Case! But i can't decide on the color Black or Gray / Light Gray for my new White iPad!
 
Yeah i think im going to place an order for the Lexington guys, it looks like a nice neat case, i called customer support and i asked them about the case, they said it doesn't make it bulky and that its their top case for the new iPad.

The other case they have is the SmartFeather but thats only for the BACK, its not a full cover..

What do guys think? pull the trigger?

I have the smart feather and the smart cover with my iPad 2 and I absolutely love it. I take my iPad to school everyday so I also have a hard case that zips up that I keep my iPad in when taking it ou of the house. When at home, I only use the smart cover. It gives you all of the options to accommodate your situation. The only downside is that the smart feather keeps the smart cover from its ease of use to pull off, but other then that it's great and adds hardly any bulk.

yea but a smart feather and smart cover will cost me 80 bucks, thats alot for a case if u ask me, the Lexington costs only 40 bucks for FULL protection.

True, but with the smart feather and the smart cover you have the option of going full nude, case only, smart cover only, or both. That's the biggest reason I bought it. Whatever you choose though, will be awesome! Enjoy your iPad :apple:
 
I pulled the trigger on the Lexington black/black

Love this style case with the loop for secure closure. Had something similar for the first gen iPad from yoobao. Love the snap in style cases that don't cover the bezel too.

For $34 shipped its def worth having at launch.

There's a coupon code if u swing over to the accessories section of the forum.

I just wanted something that will give the iPad full protection, and not break the bank. This seemed to fit the bill. We shall see. It does look like a nice case, but it's really one of those things you have to try for a couple weeks to see if it works for you.
 
i have one question, lets say when you flip the cover open and put it behind the ipad's back, where does the Flap end up? isnt it going to intefere?

i dont want to have it like a stand, i just want to fold it behind the ipad and i hold it in my hand. u know what i mean?

where does the flap go? it goes behind the ipad too?

Honestly, I think the flap will get annoying. The thing is, it's the flap that allows the viewing angles that this case allows for. I am wondering if the flap is magnetic.

Also it says the case ships on the 16th. I would have liked it to be available faster. :D

Not yet, I think I will wait to see what other cases will come out from other case makers. I really wish Otterbox would make a Commuter series case for it.

u mean the grey one? the black is not in stock either , it will SHIP on the 16th.
