Yes they do. The black is a matte black while the Mercury Gray is translucent and almost looks like a deeply frosted clear case in a way. They look very different on your phone.

I would get the one from WalMart (I'm probably going to go buy another one myself). The black matte one looks nice but it's just a little too flimsy in my opinion while the one from WalMart was stiffer. It's not like the WalMart version is ugly or anything - it's just different. Also, look around to see if you find a coupon for WalMart. I actually got a $5 gift card in the mail so I can get my NGP for $14.99 - not bad.
Hey thanks for the great info guys. I actually ordered a Matte Black from Amazon for 16.xx thinking it's the same case everyone was talking about. But after reading here, I called the shipping company to refuse shipment so they can send it back to Amazon. I went to Walmart and picked up the NGP for 21.xx. My Walmart had 2 left. Although the packaging has the model as WM-IPH-001. Not sure what it says inside the package as I have not opened it yet.
If anyone here is going to buy the NGP get the one from walmart, the new black model is terrible. Incipio sent me a replacement for my old black which had a key hole camera cut out and its made of cheaper material and doesn't look or feel good.
The old model was perfect to the touch and sparkled in the sunlight, it was like metallic paint on a car.

that's too bad, i was kinda interested in the black one. is it me, or does the one from walmart kinda look cheap?
To each his own but I don't think the one from Walmart is cheap-looking at all. I prefer black but the Walmart one is nice too and it allows the design of the phone to be seen through the case. Plus the Walmart one just seems to be a better case all around (not as flimsy).
I've only seen pictures of all these cases... but, to be honest, I think the WalMart version of this case looks better than a lot of other cases out there.
I agree. I think a lot of people have a hangup about it because it's from Walmart. That makes no difference to me - it's still an Incipio case and it's very nice.
i have a brand new pixelskin hd (the good version). i'd actually consider trading it for the ngp.
For me, the translucent NGP just does its job and gets out of the way; in other words, it doesn't impose itself on the iPhone 4 to the point of redefining it as some cases might...I still feel like I'm looking at my phone as opposed seeing something inside a case.

Black version of the NGP is the last iPhone case I'm buying.
