    Hi,

I'm sure I've read something about this, but I can't seem to find it again...

Is it possible to include usernames and passwords into web-clip icons, so that when you tap the icon it automatically goes to the desired web-site and logs you in?

An example would be the web-clip I have for NewsGator. If I reset the phone, the first time I tap this icon I have to enter my username and password - I would like to include this info into the shortcut so that this is not necessary...

    Possible?

    Steve.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU like Mac OS X; en) AppleWebKit/420.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.0 Mobile/4A93 Safari/419.3)

I think it had something to do with a program or site you could use to make custom web clips...
