I find that saying just Siri works on my iPhone, but it doesn’t work on my Apple Watch SE. As well it doesn’t work when I’m wearing AirPods.

Is anyone else experiencing the inconsistency with saying Siri?

Yes, I have also been facing the same issue and inconsistency, sometimes ‘Siri’ works and sometimes doesn’t and the same with ‘Hey Siri’, doesn’t make a different if saying it to the phone my watch or when wearing my AP pros.

Tried resetting the Siri configuration by going through the Hey Siri or Siri (As if you’re setting a new phone) but that didn’t do much, I assumed this was an issue from my end only, glad I wasn’t alone.

Me and my Wife gave up on using Siri all together in both 14pm & 15pm.

My wife and I are both on 17.1.1 on an iPhone 13 and 14 Pro. We have enabled "Siri" and "Hey Siri". But, saying just "Siri" doesn't work, most of the time, for either one of us. I don't even try just "Siri" anymore and have reverted to using "Hey Siri" all the time.
