Increase my iDevice RAM

I have a jailbroken iPod touch running ios 5.0.1 and I want to increase its RAM. Is there any folder that I can delete that will increase my RAM, like some languages that system apps have in it?

RAM is a physical quantity, you can't create more RAM just by deleting stuff.

you can use weekillbackground pro to clear the amount of free ram but as for adding additional ram its not plausible

Free ram is wasted ram.
I wouldn't worry much about it. And like others said ram cannot be increased physically.

I'm up to about 2tb RAM in my mbp, but I don't notice any difference. Gonna keep going until I notice something! ha
