Increase Pixels while keeping quality?

Is there anyway to increase the pixels on this logo while keeping the quality? I'm trying to get to 150height and 900width or thereabouts.

No, not in this format. Do you maybe still have access to the original .psd or .ai file? What about finding out the font and colour used in this logo an rebuild it?
PS: Why do you need the logo in a bigger size, but do not contact the creator?

If it were a vector there would be no issue with up sampling.
