Increased PRICE iPhone 5

Why has the price been increased by $50 for the unlocked iPhone 5 in Canada?? ughhhh!!

I like how people think everything is a direct currency conversion when obviously there is an entirely different tax and finance structure all-together.

The problem is that the iPhone 4S was $50 cheaper (on par with the US) when it came out, in Canada. Unless that tax and finance structure became more expensive in the past year...I can't see how this is anything short of a money grab.

The iPhone 5 is £30 more expensive in the UK than the iPhone 4S was upon release (handset only prices).

Hmmm maybe the protection plan will be included....ughh damn you apple, i'm still going to end up buying a $1100 smartphone (64gb unlocked) cause i have too many apple things already.
