Indesign - how to handle Right-to-Left languages like Hebrew in a document?

Hi all,
My wife is the designer - I'm asking on her behalf - but has anyone found Right to Left languages throw out the entire document? Is there a function for flowing those paragraphs Right to Left without it also reversing the English when converting to E-Pub? This seems to be the bug she had.
