Hi any InDesigners,

I have recently upgraded from a PC using CS4 to an iMac using CS5 and I feel like whenever I drag a corner to resize a box or an object around on the page it is really floaty. Difficult to accurately snap to any chosen point and frustrating to use in the feel. I don't want snap to grid etc on, but this is ridiculous.

Anyone else experience this issue? And how can I adjust it to be less floaty.

Cheers. :)

Firstly you may want to ask the mods to move this thread to the Design and Graphics forum as you'll probably get more responses there :)

By 'floaty', do you mean that there's a lag in between you moving your cursor and the object responding on screen? Check Preferences>Interface and see what is set under Live Screen Drawing. There's a thread here discussing this.

EDIT: Your edit beat me to it! Glad you're sorted.
