InDesign - Multiple Page Spreads

In InDesign, I can have two pages (side by side) per spread. How can I have several pages (3 or more) laid out side by side?

...and of course, I figure this out right after I posted. I should know by now.

In case someone needs to know how to do this in the future, you can shift pages around in "Pages" to the right.
