I am trying to print a border on the very edge of an 8x10 file size on an 8.5x11 size paper on a Epson RX680. However, the border comes out at 8.25 x 10.25 everytime on paper. I've checked all my settings, no offset, no bleed, no scaling. Just plain center to the page and print.

InDesign Size Change When Printing

That's a bit of a stumper.
This is a shot in the dark, but try this. In the print dialogue box, click on the 'Printer' button (second from the left on the bottom.) Make sure that there is no setting to shrink in the printer dialogue that could be overriding the InDesign command.
