iOS Individual as freelance and Tax

Hi,

I'm publishing my first app with in-app purchases!

My Apple Developer account is Individual. I'm an Italian web freelance with a Tax identifying number called P.IVA.

Can I stay as Individual and put as tax identifying number my P.IVA number or I need to convert my account to Organization account?

Basically, Individual also refers to freelance with P.IVA number?
