Infinidock/infinifolders - iTunes Problem

Now we all know that if you install infinifolders or infinidock, iTunes can't sync your apps or it displays apps arrangement wrong.....but....

I have iPad with 3.2 and infinidock installed and everything works fine. Is that 4.0 issue or??
