Infinite respring?? Solutions?

Downloaded the DreamBoard app and then proceeded to restart springboard.

Normally my phone is back to home screen in less than a minute but it has been 10 minutes and the respring symbol still shows. How do I fix this infinite respring loop problem? I am on a tethered jailbreak....

tethered... why is that.
anyway your gonna have to turn it off, try a hard reboot hold home + power for 10sec, then boot tethered from redsn0w
 
Its not working, got phone back to Apple logo and boot tethered but after the pineapple appears, it goes back in to a respring and enters in to stock OS before it resprings again over and over.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to restore if I don't have to even though I just synced yesterday. Have never done a restore and I want to avoid it at all costs.
