In WA and OR they are stocked with the following:

    15" 2.0Ghz i7 low res screen 750Gb HD
    15" 2.2Ghz i7 high res screen (glossy) 750Gb HD
    15" 2.3Ghz i7 high res screen (matted ) 500Gb HD 7200rpm

    17" 2.2Ghz glossy screen 750Gb HD
    17" 2.3Ghz matted screen 750Gb Hd

They only stock a few of the matted screen and all machines in stock are 4Gb of RAM. this is across WA and OR. I called around to check before getting the high end 17" model with matted screen. So they're out there :) just call first because there aren't too many in stock.

I got mine at the Stockton St. Store in San Francisco-when I called this morning when they opened, they said that they had mostly the stock models-didnt ask about the high-res screens(didnt care and decided to spend that 150 bucks on RAM from OWC or NewEgg).

Cannot speak for any other store in Bay Area but I would imagine similar quantities.

So I'm guessing that SSDs are only build to order? A shame. So long to wait...
