I’m obsessed with the simplicity, readability and core message of the Unity family of faces; the Black looks especially great with my Space Gray watch.

Loved the Infograph but somewhere along the way, I was having an issue with the date updating. Just after midnight on each day, it would show the correct date on AOD but when I flicked my wrist to turn on full display, the date would show as the previous day. Very weird and this would go on for a few hours past midnight.

Other than that, the Infograph Modular, while not having as many complications as the Infograph, I love the long horizontal complication on that one. If they could somehow implement that into the Infograph (I know, not likely and would look out of place) would be the one to beat for me.

Infograph : I love having weather like that 😊
And it's easy to remember when is my alarm
infograph.jpg

Infograph Modular (or Modular with is similar) : it's still the best for having more information about music/calendar/exercise. And it's faster for reading the time
infograph modular.jpg

Meridian : similar to Infograph, but with less data on it.
Maybe I could try to use Infograph and keep some complication empty in it ?

How many face are you using ? I'd like to use only 2 but it's hard to choose...

I’ve posted all the faces I’ve tried and switch to from time to time in a previous post. I always come back to the infograph as my daily driver though.

Just tried with empty complication on the corner or the middle... This watch face is so empty after that 😭
Still wondering if I should keep music and exercice as complication or using something else... Don't really care of exercice (it's just for fun at the moment) and about music, always have the iPhone while listening it so...

Wow those letters are huge. Is that a custom watch face?

It's Unity :

What’s that complication with a whistle?
It’s a time keeping app for touch rugby referees.

Its actually one of my apps but it’s pretty niche sport outside of England and Australia. So niche that my app has no competitors 😂

Do not agree with OP, it’s too cluttered.

Less is more.

I use california that covers the entire screen with arabic index and only show day/date and outside temp on AOD. Also shows chance for rain when display is activated.

All the info that I need at a glance. The rest I can get by interaction with the watch.

I also prefer a analogue watch face that covers the entire screen opposed to circular california and infograph.

I use this thing as a health/fitness tracker for the most part and this face is by far the best for me…. Now if I could only get it WITHOUT the hour/minute hands I’d be a very happy camper.

Ps I wear a real timepiece on my left wrist and this thing on the right so I dont use it for time.

For an analog watch, I'd like to be able to hide the second. But it seems we can't choose that 😢

I never use Infograph because it seems to take me an extra second to read it. It’s too busy for my taste. I find the Infograph modular quicker to read. That is my daily use face. But if I’m dressing up or going to a party I’ll use California.

I use four regularly. The shortcuts app lets you use automations to have watch faces change automatically. I rotate between the four based on day and time:

1. infographic during work time when I want all the information

2. solar after work hours and on weekends when daylight is precious but I may have an event on my calendar

3. Breathe at night before bed. I don’t actually use the breathe app, I’ve realized, but I appreciate the expanding and contracting rings every time I glance at my watch

4. X-Large for when I’m teaching. It’s just the time and a timer application so I can track group activities and the like.

These are the five I use.
California and Typograph at work
Infograph Modular at home - mainly to track workouts and steps
Infograph when out where I would need Shazam or camera remote
and for Mickey.. why not!

How are you using the shortcut app to configure this? This is pretty handy and I’d like to try out.

Check "Watch" in app part of shortcut. You can change watch face with it.
And with the automation, you can do it at the time you like or when you wake up 😊

Screen recording below.

Shortcuts—>Automation. Click the plus sign at the top and choose create personal automation. I use time of day, so tap that and pick the day/time you want. Click next. Add action —> Apps and select watch then Set Watch Face. Pick the watch face you want and tap next. Turn off “ask before running” so it will be automatic and you’re done.

EDIT: Don’t forget to pick the proper repeat, and that you also need to make at least one other automation to switch the watch face back/to whatever comes next.

I’ve tried using other automations like location (when I get to the grocery store change to a watch face with Any List for my shopping list) but I just find the GPS not as accurate as I’d like for that sort of use.

Surprised that nobody has mentioned the GMT face. I use this one almost daily and then California on occasion.
