I'm purchasing a 3G and giving my old iPhone to my wife, she doesnt want internet, but still wants to have her emails synced up. Can she still receiver her emails to her phone without the Data package?

AT&T usually won't let you drop the data plan for the old iPhone, although I think there are ways to hack around that.
