Information on real player downloader

Ammm.I was having more than 13 videos downloaded from real player downloader but after 2 or 3 months their videos were not there, I don't know what the problem is but audio is there but video has vanished and yesterday I downloaded a video and that was without video too. Please tell me what the problem is!
