Initial Hard Drive space?

Hey,

I have a 120 GB Macbook, but when I got it, it only had like 95'ish GB available. I think this is normal, but I'm not totally sure.

So...is it?

It's normal. You lose about 7% of the quoted HD space to formatting and then a few more GBs to OS X and the included applications.
