Why not just your phone as a hot spot?
Battery life on that device - while you're running hotspot you're smashing your phone battery if in a low coverage area.

But yeah it's a valid solution. Maybe apple should put cellular on the pro.

I share the sentiment. You and others in the thread have pointed this out, but many people keep telling me that the 13” MBA has roughly the same size…

I’m not sure if this people have had a Neo on their hands and have carried it around, because it’s much easier to just grab it and move. And when it is open, it’s gravity center makes it more stable than the 13” Air (in my opinion). This is, I find it has a better balance overall.

This alone is a reason to love it, however the A18 Pro falls a bit short for me and I’m debating whether returning it, or keeping it and, due to the high demand, selling it later… just to get the next gen Neo.

The overall size of the MBN is much better and people who say it is very close to the 13” MBA obviously never seen or handled both. But unfortunately, it still lacks a bit in the performance department... something that will be fixed in the next version.

Actually, this is a feature for me. Not that I hate the notch, but after using the Neo, even tho the screen is inferior in color reproduction, the shape and dimensions are just perfect.

However, I think there’s no green LED signaling the webcam is on, right? Is that on the Air?
Little late but finally saw the neo in store. Unfortunately the bezel is just too thick for me. I prefer the air + notch.

To answer your question, yes, the m4 air has a real light .

Picked up a pre-ordered 512GB Indigo the day after launch. Walked out of Apple trying to ignore the floor displays as I didn't want to know what to expect during unbox and set-up. I'd only been on iPadOS since about 2018/19 when I recycled an iMac (core 2 duo) I purchased in 2009. Since I had been off of MacOS for about 8 years with what was one decade old tech at the time (almost two decades now), the Neo, in my use case, is beyond expectation. I think the size is about perfect too.
