do you use location services? do you have a certain way your settings is setup? im not sure how you got two days but it seems you might have charged for a bit, not fully, then kept going.

nope...not been on the charger at all.Yes I use location services. I had a light usage weekend as you can see. Last weekend was about the same with more usage.

I've had my iPhone 5 for about a week and believe I've charged in only 3 times in the past 7-8 days. The battery life is vastly increased as is the standby time over the iPhone 4S.

No, It displays a different message if you do that.

What I've seen is iP5 uses almost no battery when idling.

what about iCloud? im starting to think it's just the LTE here, or something im doing wrong. overnight i lose about 15% when i use to lose about 1% on the 4s. yea there is no way i can pull 9hours usage, i would love to but its not happening. is there really nothing you do differently?

Nothing that I can think of.Last weekend I ran LTE all weekend. This weekend I ran wifi at home.

This is what I get and there's no way I could pull about another 5 or so hours out of 32% and standby overnight just drains about 15% or so every night.

If only this could last all the way through, right?! :p

All these phones are whack, haha.

My battery right now is at 16% with 3H 49M of use and 13H 15M of standby.. I thought it might be the LTE (with poor signal) that's killing it, but I tried running on 3G for a day and it was the same. Weird thing is all of my friends with iPhone 5 in Canada all have really bad battery life..

Goodness that's really, really low.. are you sure your phone just isn't faulty? :/ They's like, 4.5 hours of battery life total if you keep using it. That's really low, even with LTE I think.

I get about 35 hours total use from a full charge. I'm in a very low reception area (generally 1-2 bars 3G), but still a massive, massive improvement over the 4S.

I'm in canada too, and my iP5 is also draining on 3G/LTE

I'm with Rogers, what about you?

Why? That would fall under normal usage...

My battery goes down when signal is week and the phone has weak 4g or Lte.... However with wifi it's pretty good. Still I feel like my iPhone 5 battery is getting battery even with my heavy use.

did you migrate settings from last iPhone you've owned?
had insane battery drainage issue when I migrated setting from iPod touch 4g to iPhone 4 :/
