Insanely Slow 3GS Syncing.

I have a 3GS recently restored to 3.1.3 that I am trying to sync my music to with iTunes version 9.1 and it is going ridiculously slow. I let it sync for an hour and it has only done 15 songs. I have no idea why it is doing this especially since it has just been restored. I also tried deleting iTunes and downloading a fresh copy from apple's website to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.

Try putting it in another USB port.
Or maybe your cord is damaged.

I have tried two USB ports and two cables. One from apple and one from radtech.

It helped for me to delete my Camera Roll from my phone once it was copied to my computer.

I'm not quite sure what that would do seeing as there are only like 15 pictures in my camera roll. And I am syncing music, not backing up the iPhone.
