iPhone 11 Pro Insider info; iPhone trade-in value extra credit?

Last year around this time Apple gave extra credit for iPhone trade-ins. For example, $200 instead $100 for 6s. Does anyone know if same boost will come this year?
 
My guess from being in the cell phone business for almost a decade, would be black friday, cyber monday, or more towards the holiday season. Good luck!
