Is it going to be a problem if I close my lid while using InsomniaX ?

My understanding is this:

Intel Mac laptops, such as your MacBook, don't have the god-awful venting through the keyboard system that PowerPC Mac laptops had. This means that closing the lid while using InsomniaX to stop your Mac from going to sleep will not melt your keyboard. 😱

Believe it or not, many PowerBook G4 users were affected by this - I'm sure some of them shared their stories here.

I didn't think that app worked with leopard or intel ?? 😕 ??

It's not recommended though, can break your hard drive if your going to be moving about and can get very hot
