instagram not appearing in notification center?

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't even select it in the notification options as it is not present.

I'm seeing this too - can't figure it out. Assuming IG will push out an update to resolve the notification issue soon. Every time a 'major' iOS update is pushed out there's a 1-4 week 'catch-up' time for apps usually. 🙂
