Instagram not in Notification Center

So I can't get notification on Instagram and tried checking notification center but couldn't find it.

I've had the same problem. My solution: delete the app, re-install it. When you launch it, it'll prompt you about notifications. Then it shows up in Notifications in Settings. Good luck!
