i have been using instagram on my s3 since 2 years. Now I'm shifting to an iPhone. i just want to know how to transfer the whole instagram folder from the galaxy device into the iPhone.

PS: i didn't know where to put topic so i put it into this thread.

Wouldn't you just have to log on with your IG username and password on your new iPhone?

What Instagram folder? I'm sure you just need to sign in with your username.

Once you upload them on IG, they will not delete until you manually delete them yourself. IG serves essentially as a public photo album so all you need to do is sign on to your account on any device and the pictures will still be there.

You can do the following:

Import the folder containing the instagram photos to your computer.
Open iTunes, go to your device, and in the Photos tab, choose to sync a folder.
There, you choose the instagram folder.
When the sync is done, you will see an album in your Photos app, containing your instagram photos 🙂
