Install errors, says no files to install

Hi there fine folks, I am desperately trying to install the program called EZ drummer. Each time I install, from a dmg file, it goes through everything, looks like it will work, and then finally says, 'couldn't install because there are no files to install'. when i looked at the installer log it said that there was no API bundle. Anyone know how to get around this please? thank you!

Sounds like something's wrong with the .dmg file itself.

i did try like 7 or 8 different versions of the file and they all said the same thing. .
