Install from mac to I-Phone

Hi there i wa hoping that omeone could help me with a couple of issues, i have had a mack for a couple of year now and vae jut unlocked my i-Phone have downlaoded ome app to my mac but cant seem to figure out now to get them from my mac to my i-phone????


Can anyone help me with th issue

How did you download it to your Mac?

Am just downlading from the net several webites really and can't seem to get the apps onto the handset any ideas??

Well it might be helpful to know which app.

1. It might be on installer so you could just install it on your phone without using your mac.

2. If its not you need to use Transmit or Cyberduck to sFTP it to your phone.

Research sFTP, SSH, and permisions. All this stuff has been recently covered in the other threads.
