Install GM after the real release

Is it possible to install the GoldenMaster now when the real version is out? I want to use it to reinstall my system.

Yes, the GM is the "real" release.

So i don't need to login with the apple-id as a proof that i have buyed it?

Yes, you will have to provide the Apple ID and Password of an account that bought 10.8.
