Just in case someone stumbles across the same problem when installing https://www.grayd00r.com on a iPad 1. Gen from MacOS, here's some Info I dug up, so I hope it's a bit more accessible here:

Note: I could not manage to get the Windows greyD00r / grayd00r installer from the site running on Windows 10. For Catalina / OSX 10.15+ you can try this tool to get iTunes running https://github.com/julian-fairfax/iTunes-10.6.3-patch (not tested).

So I took my Macbook on High Sierra with an iTunes instance on it.

When running the grayD00r installer app, I got this nasty "App not found" message. The only source to fix this was a YT video that had the essential information:
Code:
?. ??????? ???? ???? ????? ??????. (????)
?. ???????? ??? ?????????.
?. ?????
?. ?????-????? ??? ??????-????????.???, ????? ?? "???? ??????? ????????"
?. ???????? ?? /????????/?????/??????-???????? - ????? ???? ?????? ?????? ????.
?. ???? /???????????/?????????/????????.???
?. ???? - "???? " ??????? ??? ??????. ???'? ?????? ?? ??? ? ???????? ????? ?? ??.
?. ???? ???? ??? /????????/?????/??????-???????? "???? ??????????" ???? ??? ???????? ??????.
?. ??? ?????, ???? ???? ????????.
??. ???????? ???????????? ?? ??????.***

***????? ???? ??? ????????? ????? ????? ???? ?????? ?? ????? ?? ??????? ??????? ?????????? ????? ??? ???????? ????????? ?? ????? ?? ???????? ????????.

I hope this helps some other folks trying to install the pretty amazing greyD00r package and to succeed. May more iPad 1st Gen be resurrected, I like them as still some decent hardware with a sad lack of software support.
