I see this message pop up almost daily -

I usually click the link and do it but then there is another one and another one. Is anyone else getting these messages and how can I make them stop? I believe they started sometime last year.
 
Do you have any idea what kind of web sites you're going to that require it? What I mean is, can you tell why a certain web site is asking for it?
