Install of Final Cut Studio 2

I have got 1 minute away from the process of installing Final Cut Studio 2 on my Mac Mini and it asks for Audio Content disc 1, which I dutifully load, then it tries to read it and the ejects it for no apparent reason and with no error message!! I've looked at the disc on my MacBook Pro and it has the Soundtrack Pro install file on it. What causes this?

I have all the disks backed up to dmgs of final cut studio 2 and 3. want me to send you a specific disk that might be crashing on you, mount it and see if that works?
