Install of Final Cut Studio 2

I have got 1 minute away from the process of installing Final Cut Studio 2 on my Mac Mini and it asks for Audio Content disc 1, which I dutifully load, then it tries to read it and the ejects it for no apparent reason and with no error message!! 😡 I've looked at the disc on my MacBook Pro and it has the Soundtrack Pro install file on it. What causes this?

I have all the disks backed up to dmgs of final cut studio 2 and 3. want me to send you a specific disk that might be crashing on you, mount it and see if that works?
