Install SSD on my 2011 iMac 27 ?

I got a iMac 27 last year , 2011. It has 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD .

I want to install a 256GB SSD into the iMac and move the OS and all the apps into the SSD and let the other data to be stored into the HDD .

How do we do that ?
