I was hoping there was a way to add a partition to my boot OS drive. I need to have a tiger partition to keep separate for work (and compatibility). With bootcamp you can add a partition and take it away without harming your osx partition.

I tried in the Disk Utility (DVD Boot) and it only will let me erase and create 2 partitions. Any workarounds?

If not, can I reliably reinstall leopard from my time machine backups?

and if i'm on that route, would I then make a 3rd partition for bootcamp or let it configure later automatically?

Thanks in advance

I think you could use boot camp then after go in disk utility and format the boot camp partition as hsf+ then put in the tige install choose the non leopard partition and install.

I don't realy know.... just a suggestion.
