Install xp from flash drive?

I don't think that can be done. Just burn the iso to a CD ROM.

I don't know if it is possible... But, you would need to have all files from the disk on it, then make it bootable. Also I'm not sure if the filesystem would matter (probably FAT 32) to make it boot / install.
