installation disk is lost

    Hello to everyone ,
    i have bought a second hand macbook pro , the last version of mac os x , Lion is installed on it , but the seller did not gave the installation disk of the machine, the Lion is licensed to my machine ? will i have the chance of reinstalling it , could you please give me detailed information about the issue.

    Lion didn't come with an installation disk.

    When you turn the computer on, hold the option key. Boot into the Restore Partition, from there you can restore the OS.

    ok thank u very much , i understood the general concept of recovery of Lion , as we all know the first installation of lion is getting through App Store account , the Lion is belong to the account owner or me, the machine user ?, For instance if i live booting problem with my Lion iinstallation, and i want to reinstall it from start up , from the boot installation of mac os x Snow Leopard old version, what will be the general procedure i will proceed?
