Installation freezes on "Creating account"

Hello, have a problem with clean install of Mavericks. I tried new install 3x and I have still the same problem

can anybody tell me where is a problem?

Installation stopped in step "Creating account"

I also had this problem. Third time I skipped the "iCloud" sign-in and everything worked as expected.

tried.. it didn't help me

just tried Verify/Repair disk and reset PRAM, still have the same problem..

ok tried it again. I skipped apple/icloud login and it works fine now! So this is solution for me.
