Does anyone know where iOS 4.3.3 stores info about what apps are installed and the keys necessary to run said installed file?

The only two locations I know of are:
/var/mobile/library/caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist and
/var/mobile/library/Springboard/applicationstate.plist.
