For some time now, when I plug in my 4s into my mac and start the sync process, it copies all the apps on my 4s instead of the new apps that haven't yet been synced.

It wasn't an issue early on as I only had a few apps but now I have much more and the copy process takes too long.

I would've thought that itunes can determine which apps haven't been synced before and sync only those new apps instead of everything. I have both the sync apps and automatically sync new apps checked off.

Is this process correct or am I missing something?

So does anyone know if its normal for itunes to sync all apps even they were synced previously???
