I am not a developer, but curiously, I installed iOS 27 developer Beta on my iphone 15 pro, and now I am getting difficulty to install any App. customer care (over the call) executed some steps like network resetting etc but unable to fix the issue. they advised to get back to IOS26.

I'm surprised they did offer help at all! Yah, no issues here on DB3 (at all, really).. did you run a clean install? Sign out of Apple Cloud and sign back in? Have you tried a hard power cycle?

If these kinds of steps are strange, a dev build may not be something you'd enjoy..

If you need to call customer service for basic troubleshooting then you’re not the right person for a beta. Even a beta as stable as iOS 27 can break things unexpectedly. And someone messing with these should have basic troubleshooting knowledge and be comfortable with erasing their device.

Hope you made a backup before jumping on the beta train.

Have you made an archived backup of your iPhone on your computer before installing the beta? If so, your going back to iOS 26 should be quite simple. Restore your iPhone to iOS 26 and get everything back from that backup.

If you don’t have a backup, you have several options:

1) A Force Restart -

2) Reinstalling Beta 3 with an IPSW file on top of your existing installation. You will need a computer for it (ideally a Mac), but this will keep all of your data and settings intact.
