iPad Installed Lockscreen Info on Ipad, cant uninstall

I need some help. I Installed Lockscreen Info on my Jailbroken iPad running 5.1.1 but dont like the way it looks on my iPad, tried uninstalling it through Cydia, but wont unistall.

Any other way I can remove it?

Since your iPad is jailbroken, my first response would be to re-spring your iPad.

If you installed iFile, I would recommend going in a deleting from there. If you don't have iFile installed, my next suggestion would be (if your iPad is untethered) do a hard reset. (hold on/off button & home button together until the screen is black, keep holding until you see the Apple logo.

iFile uninstalls are not advisable…

Try putting it in safe-mode; turn it off; while holding volume-up turn it on, than in cydia try to delete it.
