Installer App. but not unlocked?

So my iphone should be coming tomorrow and i want to be able to use the 3rd party apps via the installer but i do not want to unlock it, I own an ipod touch so im pretty knowledgeable about many of the apps (iliberty, iplus, pwnage, ziphone) so what should i do to accomplish this? And I'd prefer not to mess with the baseband....

To use Installer you do not have to unlock it. I used Ziphone and simply chose to "Jailbreak".
