installer.app with pc?

how do i install installer.app onto a iphone using a pc?

my friend has an iphone .... want to install installer.app can i just use my mac even tho she has it synced to her pc to install it?

or is there a pc installer thats easy like the mac version?

You should be able to use the AppTapper program (not sure if I got the name right) on your Mac even if she has it synced to her PC. All the app really does is jailbreak onto your phone to install it. She should still be able to synch with her iTunes.

I used iFuntastic on my friend's iPhone and his was synced to a PC. Had no problems doing so.
